We selected Matthew Hoedt based on a recommendation from a close friend. This was more than justified by his experience, knowledge of the area, low-key but highly effective approach as well as a wonderful thoughtful personality. We had absolutely no reservations at all. Matt was a delight to work with. He totally understood what we were looking for and showed us homes in a very calm and non-judgmental way. He was also extremely responsive to text messages and emails. He followed through on everything and even met us on our arrival at our new home weeks after we had voted to go over aspects of the house. We cannot speak highly enough of his performance as a realtor. We would definitely recommend him to all our friends and family and I had a most enjoyable experience while looking for a home with him.
