Sam was great to work with. He has the local knowledge that an out of towner like me would not know (i.e. desolate areas, rough neighborhoods you won’t walk at night, etc.). He tried to work as much as possible around my schedule even touring what could possibly be close to 30 or 40 apartments/houses in one day. I never heard him complain. He was even keeled and always professional. As a first time homebuyer, he and his team guided me throughout the intricate buying process. I asked a million questions, and he patiently answered all of them. Even with a post-closing issue, he went above and beyond to help out. I would highly recommend Sam to anyone who is apartment/house-hunting in PA.
