We are so thankful to have met Kaitlin and have her represent us to locate and purchase property in Sonoma County. We are newcomers to the area, so her knowledge about the area was invaluable. Kaitin is creative and eternally optimistic and sees the potential of every property. She always made time for us, whether for a showing or answering our questions. Kaitlin was with us every step of the way. What a pleasure and relief to have a realtor who was in our corner and truly represented us. We highly recommend Kaitlin Karkos.
