Steve is excellent and reliable, responding quickly and effectively to any issues that may crop up during the process of a sale. Selling an apartment/house is a very stressful affair but Steve is always patient and does a lot of hand-holding when things get confusing. I was selling my condo unit in Washington DC through him. I'm in Singapore and there is a 12-hour difference between us but he responds to my emails even late into the night. My condo unit needed some minor renovations and he took care of everything, ordering new lights, kitchen appliances, and getting the contractor. When my condo unit went under contract, the convector leaked and flooded my floors. He quickly arranged for flooring repairs and even went over several times during the weekends and at night to empty the dehumidifiers as we neared closing. Steve is superb, often going above and beyond what is required of him. This is the only time in my life where I felt it was worthwhile paying a commission! He is worth every single cent. I highly recommend Steve.
