Dustin was an incredible agent to work with. He was prompt, punctual, well-informed, and communicative. He oversaw both purchasing our single-family home and then selling our townhome. From start to finish Dustin was a whirlwind of activity. Dustin walked us through the purchasing process and answered every question we had while buying. Knowing that the market we were buying in, he recommended an incredible loan specialist that ultimately secured our loan. He coordinated home inspections and secured ample time to inspect homes with sellers that did not necessarily want their homes inspected. He put together all of our offer packets and kept our bids relevant with the selling agents. He was present at the signing. When we moved on to selling our townhome, Dustin coordinated with contractors to upgrade our home before selling. He then hired people to stage, photograph, and advertise our townhome. Just a full-service experience from start to finish. I'm sure there were more things he was taking care of behind the scenes. I can not recommend him more.
