The base of Sentinel Peak, commonly known as A Mountain is the site of one of the longest, continually inhabited places in North American. For approximately 2500 years humankind has recognized the beauty of a place like Tucson. I moved to Tucson in 1969 when my dad was stationed at Davis Monthan Air Force Base. Growing up I thought I wanted to get out of Tucson, and now I can't imagine my life anywhere else. Tucson has so much to offer you if you choose to move here: arts, entertainment, hiking, world class research University, culture and for foodies we have been designated a UNESCO World City of Gastronomy!
