I have lived in Sonoma County and worked as a Realtor for the last twenty-two years. I have millions of dollars of sales under my belt and a long list of happy buyers and sellers from Cloverdale to Oakland. I am a Certified Country Property Specialist. I am the owner and founder of Camp & Company Real Estate. My approach to real estate is one of advocacy and support, and I am uniquely sensitive to client needs and goals. I have assisted with large transactions, including the purchase, transfer and sale of luxury properties, power plants, hotels and restaurants, in addition to commercial tenant and vendor lease agreements and numerous residential transactions. Prior to becoming a Realtor, I was a Corporate Specialist/Paralegal at several major law firms throughout California.  My combined twenty-nine years of legal and real estate experience have given me a keen eye for detail and strong comprehension of contract language, as well as formidable negotiation skills; I am well-equipped to provide intelligent, intuitive and creative ideas to my clients. I also have worked in the tech industry as a developer and coder, so I am very fluent in the language of online real estate. I am a member of the National Association of Realtors, the California Association of Realtors, the North Bay Association of Realtors, and BAREIS MLS.   I am originally from Santa Barbara, California and Lake Tahoe.
