Rich most recently served as the Broker of Record in Los Angeles County for Keller Williams and has had a distinguished career of outstanding service in the Realtor community for almost 20 years. He is the current Immediate Past-President of the Southland Regional Association of Realtors, serving as their 2023 President and continues to lead our industry with his involvement with SRAR and other Local Associations. He has served on several SRAR committees, including MLS (Chair 2017), Grievance (Vice Chair 2018, Chair 2019) and as Chair of the Advertising Sub-Committee (2015-2019), and presently represents SRAR on the Rules Committee of CRMLS. Since 2019, Rich serves at the State level as a CAR Director representing the San Fernando Valley and is currently it’s Regional Chair. Rich has earned the following designations: SFR, SRES, BPOR and GREEN and has been certified as both an Ethics Advocate and an Ombudsman for SRAR. Prior to becoming licensed, Rich had a successful career in the entertainment business, working in the industry for over three decades on high profile shows with high profile celebrities. It was during this time when Rich developed his love of Real Estate; buying, renovating and selling properties in the Los Angeles area. Rich lived in the Los Angeles area for over 30 years, serving his community as the Treasurer of the Greater Valley Glen Neighborhood Council in Los Angeles. He moved to Rancho Mirage full-time in 2020 and is proud to serve on the Board of Directors of GreySave, a non-profit organization whose mission is to rescue, foster and adopt retired racing Greyhounds to become household pets for the remainder of their lives.
