The Career

With over two decades in real estate, Scott's path has been anything but ordinary. He was recruited into new construction home sales while working in the non-profit sector — a testament to the natural talent that others recognized before he'd even considered the industry. After eight exceptional years mastering the nuances of new construction, Scott transitioned into residential resale, where his comprehensive understanding of how homes are built gives him — and his clients — a distinct advantage.

Over 21 years, Scott has cultivated deep expertise across Salt Lake City's most coveted neighborhoods — The Avenues, Yalecrest, Millcreek, Holladay, Cottonwood Heights, Sandy, and Draper — as well as Davis County communities including Bountiful, Farmington, Kaysville, Fruit Heights, and Layton.
