First time homebuyer. Babs worked incredibly hard for us! She made the process very clear and helped us navigate each step!

There are really no words grand enough to convey how grateful we are to Babs De Lay of Urban Utah Homes and Estates. As she once said to me, there was a reason we were drawn together. I can't imagine anyone else having the skills and motivation and fortitude that it took to sell our home during this uncertain and frightening time. From the first time we met with Babs in February, until we closed in June, Babs was always up front and realistic with us. She gave us hope when we considered giving up when COVID hit. She was always available to respond to my emails or to answer all my neurotic OCD driven questions without making me feel stupid. When traditional open houses and showings were literally on hold due to COVID, Babs came up with innovative ways of showing our home, both virtually, and with precautions in place on site. And all the while this was going on, Babs was volunteering her time, helping elderly friends and neighbors to find things like toilet paper and distilled water, and constantly making people aware of local business that needed our support. Our house, was our HOME for almost 40 years. Babs was always mindful of this and treated us with thoughtfulness and compassion. We are forever grateful to Babs for helping us begin and new and exciting chapter of our lives. She is truly a master of her trade and it is very obvious she loves what she does. We closed in June, at the beginning of Pride month which we felt very fitting. 🙂 and I would also like to express a HUGE thank you to Babs for being a role model and ray of hope to those young 'uns and closeted folk (like some of the ones I taught over the past 37 years) who haven't yet found their way. Babs is a huge credit to the LGBTQAI community. We are honored, Babs, to have made your acquaintance and may our paths cross again someday. Jamie and Neil Fockel

It’s not often one can say “I talked to my realtor the other day” but bought our house a year ago. Who Makes the buying and selling experience so great? Babs Delay. That's who! Babs sold our old house and was our buyers agent for our new house. Babs' level of service was second to none. To sell our home she had window washers, professional stagers, marketing like crazy and hosted an open house every available weekend. Then to buy our new house Babs would take us out to see dozens of houses (that's a literal expression). She worked with us for over a year! Love Babs. And it's a cruel twist of the universe that we're not millionaires to buy more properties with Babs.

I have known of Babs De Lay for as long as I can remember. When it came time to sell my father-in law's home here in Salt Lake City in 2019, we thought let's call Babs. One of the best things my husband and I have ever done. Our first meeting she came bearing cookies (Ruby Snap's no less). She had an offer for us next day for 25% percent more than we had hoped and a contract for cash sale the day after. She offered recommendations for clean up of the home as well. This year she listed a property in Toquerville, Ut. and had multiple offers and it sold for more than we hoped. Babs is a person of integrity and her absolute attention to detail is amazing. She makes you feel like you are her only client when working with you and her professional and personal considerations are beyond reproach. Oh, almost forgot, she is damn fun to be around.
