Tony did a fantastic job listing and selling our mother’s house. The house needed a lot of TLC because it was older and little maintnenance had been done on it. But Tony advertized to the right group of people because the neighborhood was really nice and the house sold for full offer same day as it listed!!! Tony patiently explained his strategy for selling the property, and listed it for a reasonable and fair value. He offered wonderful suggestions to my brother for clearing out the junk (old furniture) in the house and removing the old carpet. The floors were hardwood and really shined through after removing that old shag!! He advised us to get cleaners he knew and they did a remarkable cleaning job. I had many questions and Tony was there to answer them in minutes from my emails to him. I think we had about 48 emails going between us at the end. Tony walked us through every step and the whole process was very easy with his guidance. If I had to pick a realtor in this area it would definitely be Tony. He will serve anyone well who wants to buy or sale property.
