Very Satisfied! My wife nor I cannot imagine a real estate agent doing more for their client than what Tim did. Tim was very attentive to our needs. As we were not living in the house at the time of the sale, he went above and beyond to make sure the property was presentable. Even going as far as Mowing and staging rooms at his own expense. He had multiple open houses, and by doing so kept my house on the top of the viewing list of similar houses for the whole time it was listed. We sold our home for a good price in a reasonable amount of time. We also valued his integrity and desire to play fair by proper real estate etiquette, as the first contract we received, the prospective buyers agent wasn’t concerned about honesty or integrity. Thankfully Tim and his broker were able to help guide thru that with skillful advice. Tim was there for the closing and even showed up to help us move the last few items out the day before closing!
