For selling my previous home, he first made a very comprehensive market analysis with various pricing points based on how much money I would like to put into upgrades before putting it into market, and helped me to maximize the amount of profit. After we agreed on the amount of upgrades, he took care of everything from hiring people on cleaning, staging, and remodeling the home. He also made a very nice video of the home and even made cookies for my open house! The house was sold in 4 days and I was amazed by his professionalism and analytical abilities to pick the best offer for me from various buyers. On to buying my new home, Ryan first collected a list of my likes and dislikes, area of interests, and price target. Then, he brought me on various house tours, and in just mare 2 weeks I as able to find a home for which checks all my likes list! Then even after the sale completed he helped me with finding contractors for various upgrade projects.
