We were making a move from south Florida to the Orlando area and we needed someone very knowledgeable about the area and someone energetic and reliable. That was Ryan. My husband and I were not able to make the house-hunting trip together, so I came up first and Ryan showed me property, and then my husband came up later, saw some property, and then we made an offer on a home.
