Roberto was AMAZING from start to finish!!! He was incredibly personable, knowledgeable, and responsive. He was also very patient and understanding, I am sure I asked him the same questions many times and texted him after hours more times than I’d like to admit, yet he always replied promptly even when traveling out of the country!
