⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Five Stars Aren’t Enough for Riann Emch!

Selling a house is supposed to be exciting. Apparently, nobody told us it also comes with enough negotiations, paperwork, unexpected twists, and emotional whiplash to qualify as its own reality TV series. Thankfully, we had Riann Emch in our corner.

From beginning to end, Riann was absolutely phenomenal. She wasn’t simply the person who listed our home—she represented us. She negotiated fiercely, protected our interests, kept us informed, answered our endless questions, and somehow managed to keep everything moving forward even when the process decided to throw us a few curveballs.

And there were definitely curveballs.

What impressed us most was Riann’s dedication during a period when she was dealing with an unexpected and very difficult personal situation of her own. Without sharing details that aren’t ours to share, we’ll simply say that she had every reason in the world to step away and focus entirely on herself and her family.

We would have completely understood.

Instead, she made sure we were still taken care of.

That told us everything we needed to know about her character.

Now, we’re pretty sure Riann occasionally possesses more patience than should legally be allowed in one human being—because selling our house certainly gave everyone involved plenty of opportunities to test it. 😂 Through every phone call, negotiation, and “Wait, what?…ARE YOU F*@$#^%@ KIDDING ME?” moment, and “Okay, what happens now?” conversation, she remained professional, calm, responsive, and focused on getting us to the finish line.

And when it came time to negotiate, Riann absolutely earned her seat at the table. She knew when to push, when to hold firm, and when to find a solution that kept the deal moving without sacrificing our interests.

There are realtors who list houses.
There are realtors who sell houses.
