When we were starting to plan our move from Florida, we stumbled upon one of Pip’s Youtube videos and really loved his energy and his excitement about the area. Lucky for us, we happened to stumble upon the best realtor in South Jersey. Pip FaceTimed with us while we were still in Florida, worked around our schedule to take us around to different areas we might like when we would make trips to NJ, and went above and beyond to get to know us and what was truly important to us when we were trying to find a new home. Being unfamiliar with the area, we really valued his input when we started our search. Based on what he knew we were looking for, he showed us and sold us on areas that, just looking at them on a map, we wouldn’t have even considered. The market here is hot, so when it came time to make an offer, Pip really guided us on how to make our offer stand out from the rest of the offers the seller received, and in the end, it landed us in our new home. He was with us every step of the way, and didn’t abandon us after closing. Any questions that arise he finds the answer quickly and never left us in the dark about anything. During the whole process we felt like Pip genuinely cared about us and always looked out for our best interest. I would recommend Pip over and over and over again!
