She explains everything in as much detail as we wanted, was a fantastic advocate for us in negotiations, and helped talk us through what our options were when it came time to make big decisions. Our first few meetings were all about understanding what we needed and how best those needs could be met, and she took extra care to tease out even the smallest details of “well it would be nice if we had this,” especially when it came to our atypical wants that a more “traditional” buyer might have.
