I had a wonderful experience condo-hunting with Matt this summer. He was friendly, personable and thoughtful. I was a bit difficult–I had a lot of ideas of what I was looking for and he was very patient with me, helping to narrow down my options over a few months. When I finally knew what I was looking for, he took me to several units and then once I was under contract, he was extremely on top of all of the communications with me and all the other parties involved. Whenever I had questions, he was able to get me the answer very quickly. Overall, I was really happy with how smooth the process was and how quickly and professionally he handled everything!
