My husband and I met Lindsey when we first came to visit Delaware. At the time we lived in Phoenix and had just retired. We were both tired of the really hot summers in AZ so after some research we decided on Delaware. We had to find a realtor that really knew the lay of the land since neither one of us had ever even been to Delaware. I knew we needed someone we could trust and help us as a gay couple find the best place for us. Lindsey stepped up to the job and not only helped us find our new home but also found a place for us to live when we moved across country and while we waited to find a home. Lindsey was able to help us navigate all of the nuances of buying a home in Delaware and even helped us find a contractor we could trust to do the work that needed to be done on our home.

Moving across country is not easy and can even be a little scary when you are moving your life somewhere you’ve never been before, but Lindsey gave us safe haven and set us at ease. Thanks to her we now live in beautiful Lewes and we’ve made lots of new friends and we are thoroughly enjoying life.
