Krista began working with us in the summer of 2021. We initially thought we would purchase land around Smith Mountain Lake but soon decided a pre owned home would be easier since we spend half the year or of state. Since we were out of state, Krista was very accommodating about doing live stream showings of homes that we were interested in, sometimes my brother was there with her. It took about 7 months until we found a home, including an offer we were out bid on. She just smiled and said, “That wasn’t your house. Yours is out there waiting for you.” Krista remained patient and positive throughout the entire process. We couldn’t have done it without her!
