There really are no perfect adjectives to describe how great the home buying process was while working with Jon. My husband and I were in a bad partnership with a previous agent and were hesitant to find a new agent and start our search over- We could not be any happier that we took that chance and met Jon. Our entire search went from feeling hopeless, to feeling completely in charge and on top.

Jon’s knowledge of the home buying process was incredible in helping us to secure the perfect home, and was extremely helpful in helping us to discover which homes were not right for us. Jon will not push you into buying a home, but when you’re confident and ready to make an offer- he was extremely quick and confident in responding to our request, and he gave great suggestions in how to strengthen our offer. Jon was also extremely easy to communicate with and can even decode “emoji” language with no hesitation. He was also more than willing to work with our schedules and meet us “on-demand” when we “have to go see this house ASAP!”

We were extremely impressed with how engaged Jon stayed even after our offers were accepted- working to make sure everything is in order for his buyer and working to uncover any hidden issues that potentially could (and did, twice) turn a buyer off from buying a home- this goes to show that Jon’s priority is making sure his client is getting the best scenario possible and not focusing on locking down a sale. We would have faced major issues down the road if Jon had not done his research and worked towards our best interest.

I can’t stress enough how great Jon is in his field. I would venture to guess that he’s among the best in Atlanta. Even so, every client matters to him, no matter what their budget may be. We couldn’t be happier to have met Jon and we are happy to know that we can now consider him a friend.
