Working with Jake to find our first home was everything we could have hoped for and more.
After meeting him at a house we saw on Zillow, we knew he was trust-worthy, intuitive, savvy, and FUN. He made navigating the housing market during a pandemic, on a very tight timeline and budget, an absolute blast. We had a lot of silly questions before we found our house (and after too, haha) but Jake NEVER made us feel silly for asking. He has been there for us at every step of our process; advocating for us as inexperienced buyers, plugging us in to valuable resources, and learning our likes and dislikes immediately.
He always made us feel like his priority by checking in regularly throughout our search, selection, buying, moving, and settling processes. Jake is a real-estate agent who will do everything he can to make your process as smooth, stress-free, and enjoyable as possible. Danny and I adore our first home and Jake. We can’t wait for COVID to kick-it so we can have him over to celebrate our new space!
