Gail is, by far, the most welcoming and accepting agent in the Springfield area. During our house search, Gail gave us great insight into the local LGBTQIA community and resources. Given that my family identifies with both the lesbian and transgender communities this was invaluable. She is remarkable in that way.
Gail is friendly and super accommodating. She was able to schedule viewings that worked around the chaos of our daily lives (we have 2 young children). In the end, we were able to find the home that we wanted and she maneuvered us through the minutia of the buying process. I can’t fully put into words how wonderful this woman is!
