Evelyn is amazing in her profession!

Scheduling her is quick and easy. She stays in communication with everyone involved. She performs a thorough inspection and then goes over the report in a conference call setting with the agent and client together, complete with her report and photos so that all may view and discuss at the same time.

She addresses any concerns immediately with experience and knowledge, and takes as long as the client needs to understand what they are looking at.

She makes herself available for follow up and has offered to re-inspect to ensure the work is properly completed as required.
