Eddie was a great resource and ally as I tried to navigate the market and explore some new neighborhoods. He was quick to understand my priorities (must haves) and wants (nice to have) to come up with a great variety of places to show me. I loved that after every showing we would do a quick little run down of what we just saw and he would always call out things that seem unsuspecting to the untrained eye. Light fixtures, windows, etc. Stuff that I may not have noticed right away that could have been problems in the long run. His awareness of the city and neighborhoods were amazing. Has a restaurant and other “great spots” to recommend everywhere so you really get a sense of what it may be like to live there. He is kind, timely and very professional (and hilarious). Home shopping can be frustrating. He helps make it less stressful and great and I love my new home!
