We are living our dreams because of Eddie Colatorti. After discovering a home that checked our three boxes in a suburb we hadn’t considered, Eddie got us a showing that evening and accompanied us on a hike out of the city. After falling in love, Eddie represented us in submitting an offer that was reflective of the work needing to be done to modernize this 100-year-old cottage. The owner originally declined, only to call the US back later to accept. This was because of Eddie’s relentless defense of our interests and standing firm on what we all vehemently believed was the right position. Because of Eddie’s expertise, professionalism and consult on its potential with some TLC, our home is now valued 20% more than what we paid and more than that, it is our family’s forever home.
