He knows the market very well and was able to translate all of the items on my “must-have” and “wish-list” inventories into real and tangible listings for me to peruse. Once I had found a few, Don tirelessly toured the homes for me, even going so far as to use virtual technologies like Facetime so that I could be part of the process. He was incredibly patient throughout the entire process. Once I found the home I wanted, Don worked hard to help negotiate the price I was willing to pay and went above and beyond in meeting with the home inspector and appraiser in my absence and interacting regularly with my mortgage loan officer to ensure that all contractual deadlines were met. Any hiccups in the process were met by Don with calmness, reason, and an excellent ability to troubleshoot and strategize on my behalf. In short, Don was a genuine godsend and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend him wholeheartedly. His expertise, level of professionalism, and ability to handle a logistically complicated interstate real estate transaction are simply unparalleled in today’s business world.
