David helped us purchase our house in 2013 when we knew nothing about the area. He spent time not only showing us houses but areas as well. He is very knowledgeable about the many small towns around in Sonoma and Napa counties. The purchase of our house went very smoothly. When we were ready to sell this year and return to a different state we thought of David because we were pleased with him and his expertise. We felt that David went beyond the normal duties of a listing agent this time. I got upset because the movers took furniture and things that I planned to use for the staging of our house. David said not to worry and made several trips to his home and brought back everything that we needed from his house to replace what was put in storage. Throughout the listing and sale David was right there to take care of everything. He hired a professional professional and his brochures were of heavy card stock with four pages. He would come fill up the container as soon as I let him know it was getting low. He is very knowledgeable about pricing and helped us get more than we expected. In addition to all these qualities he is fun to work with.
