I wanted to sell my 2 bed, 2 bath condo in Hayes Valley and move in with my partner in 2024. However, I was initially apprehensive about doing so in a relatively high interest rate environment. David assured me that whatever the market is, people move all the time and a well-positioned product would get a buyer. He planned out all the initial steps before listing, including helping arrange for my move-out and handling building touchups that would make the place show better during open house.
