I never felt pressured when looking at a house. She taught me how to look at a house objectively, to see the reality of it’s condition regardless of whatever “updates” made it look attractive. She helped me keep in mind my wants and needs checklist, ensuring I wasn’t compromising on something when I got tired of not seeing anything on the market that sparked my interest. When it came down to finding the house I wanted to buy she really impressed me with her transparent explanations of how offers work and her creative offer ideas that helped to put my offer in the lead. It was clear to me after meeting her a few times how well she understood the market and how much she knew about what is a quality built home.
