My overall experience working with Courtney was very positive! Relocating to Arizona from a smaller, more affordable market, I came with high expectations, a lengthy wish list, and a firm $1,600 budget. Courtney was patient, knowledgeable, responsive, and accommodating throughout the process.

I especially appreciated how seamless she made the search. She selected properties based on my preferences, allowed me to review and rate them, coordinated tours around my demanding work schedule, and handled landlord communications. Although I ultimately compromised on stairs, carpeting, and storage space, she helped me secure a beautiful rental that met most of my major requirements.

My primary reason for hiring a realtor, beyond convenience, was to have someone actively negotiate on my behalf. I had hoped for more assertive efforts to lower rental rates, reduce unnecessary fees, or secure favorable lease terms, particularly for properties that had been on the market for some time. I was even open to a two- or three-year lease to create more negotiating opportunities. While I appreciated Courtney securing a $300 landlord contribution toward her fee, I would have liked to see stronger advocacy in this area.

Overall, Courtney made a potentially stressful relocation much easier. Her professionalism, communication, and local expertise were exceptional. Despite a few compromises, I genuinely enjoyed working with her and would absolutely recommend her!
