Carl helped us sell our home and purchase a new one in 2016. He researched properties for us and took us to see many before we settled on our current home. The process was quick and seemed easy to us. He listed our home on several real estate sites and scheduled an open house the weekend after we went on market. Our house actually sold in one day!
