Carl was amazing! So helpful and hard-working; scheduled open houses when other Realtors didn’t want to take the time to do that, and ended up selling to someone who came to the first open house. Kept us informed let us know what was happening in the market around us and what we could expect and gave us great advice. Carl also used a great service for showings that made everything really easy to schedule. He sold our house and 6 days!!
