Very good project manager, kept up with the details and deadlines very professionally. Also has good professional connections, I did end up using one of his banking recommendations after I compared my own connections. This was probably the only time I’ve been involved in purchasing a property where the experience was often fun! Carl is honest, and at the end of the deal, you might even want to invite him over for Thanksgiving dinner!
