I have known Brian Phillips since 2009 when I met him at a networking group I had organized and we socialized and networked many times. This is why he came to mind when my husband and I were in need of a real estate agent to assist us in looking for a new apartment, as we were planning ahead for a change in household size (due to very stressful, family circumstances in 2023). Eventually we found the right place and Brian shepherded us through a complicated (but ultimately wonderfully perfect for our needs) co-op purchase. The next step was preparing our prior apartment to rent out. Brian provided invaluable information and guidance, and ultimately his expert services matched us up to excellent renters (tenants) in early 2024. I am glad to I met Brian way back when and that we stayed in touch. I always refer to him as our real estate agent / friend, because though we haven’t really socialized much and our relationship is mainly professional, Brian is just a nice, kind, decent guy and also an extremely capable, competent expert in assisting with navigating the complicated and exciting NY real estate market. My husband and I are very satisfied and would recommend Brian’s services to anyone without hesitation.
