Bobby was incredible to work with. I was a first time home buyer so I had very little knowledge of the process and what needed to get done. Bobby did a great job teaching me about the process and was very responsive to answer any questions along the way. He provided referrals to people that were needed for the process (inspectors, lawyers, homeowners insurance agents) and they often came out on top after us vetting multiple vendors for each part of the process. When we did the final walkthrough, Bobby was thoroughly looking through every inch of the condo to make sure there were no surprises. He was able to find one issue that wasn’t caught in the inspection and negotiated to have the seller put money in escrow to pay for the cost to repair. This saved us thousands of dollars and all happened within 24 hours before closing. Bobby did an amazing job and I absolutely recommend using him. He also has a great network of people to help through every aspect of the process.
