In a few short days, I will take possession of my next home on Vancouver Island and it’s as a result of an outstanding realtor, Bryn Johnson, and his unique blend of talents, skills, and expertise that the process of finding and purchasing a property was so positive. After my visit to the mid island and in person viewings, he conducted virtual showings and prepared high quality narrated videos of properties (and the surrounding area) which were all essential to my search while back at home on the prairies from where I purchased. As I worked with Bryn, I witnessed how very passionate he is about his job and also that he truly cared about me getting a home that I wanted and loved, after making sure that I was aware of all the various opportunities on the mid island. I witnessed Bryn’s hardworking approach, his strategical thinking, and his determination. While we discussed (and viewed) many possibilities, he knew where my heart was from the onset and his tenacity (and patience with me as I occasionally flip flopped) reassured me, supported me, and helped me remain focused. I’ve worked with many realtors but Bryn is second to none. For me, as a client, knowledge equals value and Bryn has that in spades, but his trump card is that he genuinely cared about me as his client, something that was always visible through his actions and his words. I highly recommend Bryn Johnson. He is a credit to his profession.
