Josh’s passion for real estate stems from his love for buildings and architecture as well as from his father’s real estate dealings growing up on Kauai in sunny Hawaii. After graduating High School with honors, he moved to Oregon to attend Oregon State University in Corvallis where he earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration. He then moved North to Portland to experience life in “the big city” and immediately fell in love with Portland’s uniqueness and charm. Josh lives in the Eugene and part time in the Portland Metro area with his husband and their two spoiled dog Rollie. He enjoys many of the outdoor activities that draw people to the Pacific Northwest including kayaking, hiking, camping, outdoor photography & bicycling.
