Professional Achievements

My business partner and I are both very active allys. 4 friends and I started an organization called Dragon Dads. (Look it up please) which is a support group for fathers of LGBT kids. I have a transgender son I am very proud of and who I will get into this business... I hope. We have been licensed for 26 and 27 years. Have served in many capacities in our local association (I have been the technology committee chair 3 times) and we have sold more resale homes than any agent of partnership in our market. We have been partners since 2000. We have served more than 2500 clients who keep us pretty busy helping their friends and family. However, we do feel an obligation to help LGBT clients have better experiences in Real Estate as we feel they are underserved in our market. We have a huge trophy from Equality Utah from winning the best new Pride Parade entry in 2009. Ask me about it. Additionally, we do contribute 25% of any commission we earn from the community back to either LDS Affirmation, the Pride Center, Equality Utah or Encircle House. Up to the client to choose where that goes unless another referral fee is due in which case we reduce it a little. I have a general contractors license so I can often times save my clients a lot of hassle by helping them to see things they otherwise would only discover through a home inspection. And, I have served on the local city and county planning commissions for the past 6 years so I do understand Codes. Additionally, I volunteer time working with equality Utah on LGBT legislation every legislative session and I am passionate about my Photography Hobby. (My photography website is my name.)
