About me….. I purchased my first investment property at the ripe old age of 21. I am in the top 10% of producers for my company out of over 1,000 agents in the DFW area. My first “real job” out of college was with Nordstrom in Orange County California selling shoes. 23 years in various leadership and executive roles at Nordstrom afforded me the opportunity to develop many team members as well as negotiate supply with vendors for our multi-billion dollar division. Having personally moved 7 times for employers (Nordstrom, Academy Sports and Marble & Co LLC), I understand the complexity and attention to detail involved in successful relocations. I love a great investment and have owned homes and or income properties in Southern California, Seattle, Miami, Katy, Lubbock and Dallas. I love a good renovation and believe Bruce Nordstrom’s Philosophy “Leave it better than you found it” applies to more than just retail businesses. It applies to everything! People, Properties, Business... Free time for me is spent working on my 1923 home in historic “Winnetka Heights” or tinkering with my 1954 Chevy Truck.
