We were referred to Don and are very grateful. He has a professional, calming tone and a great sense of humor. My husband and I were relocating back to Western Pennsylvania, from where from where we grew up after living in California for the past 27 years. I explained to Don exactly what I wanted with my likes did dislikes. We flew into Pittsburgh with only limited days to find a place and fly back home to California. Don set up houses for us to see for 4 solid days. Impressive! The first one he showed us was the one! I knew it! Don knew it too! We did need to continue to see the remaining houses and explore neighborhoods. After 4 solid days of seeing about 20 houses we came back around to that house. We made the offer and it was accepted immediately. It was the perfect house and neighborhood for us. Since the offer being accepted, Don has made things seamless and has gone above and beyond most realtors I know. He dedicated all those days to us. I don’t know any other realtor who would have done that. I highly recommend Don and will certainly refer any future clients to him.

Don Review Wow! My husband and I were referred to Don by a friend. We moved to Pittsburgh, PA from California. I can’t speak highly enough about how Don made the process super easy for us. Don met us at each place we looked at when we visited Pittsburgh to look at houses. Once we found “our place,” Don met every issue head on, appropriately and professionally addressing them to facilitate the transaction. I was initially a skeptic, but Don definitely won me over. Now I have a duty to advocate for Don to pay it forward. If I could give Don 10 stars, I would!!!

I had one and a half days to look at property in Pittsburgh and one of those days was Labor Day. Don corresponded with me over multiple days before that in order to get an idea of my parameters for property. He lined up multiple properties to look at both on Monday and Tuesday morning. As we began our tour of houses my parameters changed and Don had to cancel appointments and make new ones on the fly. He never made us feel like it was an imposition or we were being a pain and it just truly felt like he was not just working for us but almost as though he was looking at properties “with” us from our points of view. Additionally we looked at some exceedingly inexpensive properties along with some high-end properties and he gave the same effort and attention to detail no matter which price range we were looking at. Some of those low end properties were not easy to physically get to as anyone who’s looked at property in Pittsburgh knows! But Don never complained even when we kept him late, later on Monday then he was anticipating even though it was a holiday. Don has extensive knowledge of most of the areas in Pittsburgh and when he wasn’t sure about some thing he would check on it and get back to us. So many times you deal with sales people and they just tell you things even though they have no idea what they’re talking about… It was a pleasant surprise to work with somebody who truly wanted to get me all of the details that I required! When we did find a property that we eventually purchased Don worked diligently via email text messages and phone calls with us since we were back in Florida and made the process as painless as possible. And while I think he should have, Don didn’t just stop communicating at 5 PM, the typical close of a business day… He kept in touch with us giving us information as soon as he got it no matter what time of day or evening it was. It goes without saying that working with someone who is “family“ made the process so much more enjoyable as we didn’t have to worry about what we said to each other and obviously Don had knowledge of the gay community in general which was beneficial to us since we were new to the area. All in all a wonderful experience and I would highly recommend Don to anyone who wants a realtor who is going to work for them and with them and actually take time to listen and be willing to show you all sorts of properties without judgment.
