Garrett helped us over the course of two years to find right house for us. He is very knowledgeable about the san gabriel valley neighborhoods where we were looking. We were searching for the right home for a longer than average period, and went through multiple offers before being accepted. Garrett was with us the whole way, and took care of all the paperwork, inspections, and the normal things that seem daunting to a homebuyer and made them painless. Since we also had to sell our home to move into the new one, we listed with Garrett on that transaction and again he took great care of us through the home showings, photography, videography, listing, the offers, and the sale process.
