First, Jachel knows her business and handles it accordingly. She was always on MY SIDE and represented MY INTERESTS. There's was never a doubt in my mind about her integrity which meant the world to me. Buying a home is stressful enough. Second, I was initially concerned about disparate treatment since I present on the masculine side of the spectrum. Some people are put off by that.
