Brian Phillips is the 2025 New York State President of the Residential Real Estate Council (RRC) and the 2024 Residential Agent of the Year awarded by the Real Estate Board of New York (REBNY), recognized for his leadership, professionalism, and community impact. I have known Brian Phillips since 2009 when I met him at a networking group I had organized and we socialized and networked many times. This is why he came to mind when my husband and I were in need of a real estate agent to assist us in looking for a new apartment, as we were planning ahead for a change in household size (due to very stressful, family circumstances in 2023). Brian was immediately able to provide the essential information we needed to prepare for the search and he then guided us through, taking us to see multiple units over an extended period.
