My wife (who also happens to be my business partner) and I have lived in Essex County, (most of it in Montclair) for about 20 years. In our previous lives we were TV producers and now we do one of the most important jobs we can think of - helping people find not just a place to live, but a place to thrive, to make friends, build communities, and raise their families.
