Recognized for his dedication to both his clients and his community, Raymond was named one of Realtor® Magazine’s prestigious "30 Under 30" winners and earned the Web Choice Award. Beyond his real estate career, Raymond is an entrepreneur, mentor, and philanthropist. In 2021, Raymond made a pivotal move to Florida to join the prop-tech community and helped 3 startups launch in the dynamic Florida market. In December of 2024, he decided to start R3 Residences, P.A to bring a higher quality of service and expertise to the south Florida market.
