She this great job with mom that my husband choose to use her services too, while I was stuck in AZ selling our house. Buying a house sight unseen was not something I ever thought I would do. However, we were moving from out of state and the market in Southern Oregon was moving very fast and we were running out of time since our house was in escrow. We found a house we loved on a Friday. After a couple days of looking at it online, we knew we needed to get more info. On that Sunday morning, I found Elle through Yelp. I texted her and she immediately responded. By the end of Sunday, I was preapproved with one of her lenders and she had scheduled a meeting to give us a virtual tour of the house the very next next day. By the end of Monday we made an offer and by the end of the week were in contract. Elle was a great negotiator, extremely responsive and helpful in every single way. It was stressful enough to make such a big move, but Elle made it a fairly seamless process. I cannot recommend Elle enough. I felt she was always 100% in our corner and we knew we were in great hands. We have now been in our house about 3 months and still could not be happier with our decision.
