I graduated and moved to numerous states throughout the US (Michigan, Arkansas, Colorado, California, and Texas) and I have recently come back home to Virginia.  My previous career as the Chief of Staff for the City of Fayetteville Arkansas (name one of the top 5 places to live by U.S News & World Report) and work as the CEO of multiple staffing and recruiting companies has taught me everything begins and ends with relationships.

Engaging and collaborative, my joy as a real estate professional comes from understanding your needs and dreams and making them a reality. I don’t play games or put people in high pressure situations – the only focus remains on finding the right fit for you, your family, and your future.  I want you to feel comfortable to ask any question, about the real estate process - and I will do my level best to make sure you are taken care of every step of the way.

Most importantly, I will make the experience an exciting one and not intimidating.  I remember the first couple of times I bought my home and how daunting it felt.  So much to know, so much to be prepared for, the fear of what if it sells quickly, and I have no where to go, or what if it doesn’t and I end up with two places. Will my neighbors be accepting, is it safe, can we build a life here together.  I am prepared to tackle all of these challenges with you!
