A native of Southern California, Justin Miller graduated from the US Naval Academy in 1986 and served as a Naval Officer based in San Diego. While in San Diego, he earned his law degree from the USD and then went to work in the IT industry in San Diego, Silicon Valley, and New York City. In 2010, Justin earned his Ph.D. at New York University Stern School of Business. From 2010-2019, Justin was a business school professor (at the Ohio State University and the University of Southern California), teaching students entrepreneurship and negotiation, while researching organizational response to financial regulations. For the past decade, Justin has also been investing in real estate. His investments have been in coastal Orange County California, Columbus Ohio, and Las Vegas Nevada, and have included purchases, sales, and rentals of single-family, townhome, and luxury/high-rise condos. Justin has also built several single-family residences from the ground-up, providing him significant and valuable insight in the domain of new home construction. Justin and his partner moved to Las Vegas in early 2015 and in 2018 decided to use their accumulated knowledge to help others with their real estate endeavors. Combining his educational background with a strong understanding of the complexities of real estate, from finding the right existing property or building new, to valuing, negotiating, financing, marketing, and selling, Justin is able to help people quickly cut through the clutter and the hype to learn about and understand their options and their best course of action.
